Haitian President Travels to Cuba to Discuss Bilateral Relations

The visit to Havana was reported by President Martelly himself on his Twitter account. I left the country this morning to go to Havana to talk with Cuban authorities on cooperation, posted the president, who is expected to return on Tuesday.
