Enjoy Travel Group inaugurates new air route to Cuba
HAVANA, May 6 The Spanish vertical wholesale tour operator Enjoy Travel Group reported today the start of the Madrid-Havana flight, with a connection to the eastern island, starting next June 29.That information was repeated this Monday in the Cuban capital, after being disseminated as part of the businesses and events of the 42nd edition of the International Tourism Fair (FITCuba 2024), which took place from May 1 to 5 at the Jardines del Rey Tourist hub, where Enjoy took an active part.
During that meeting, they added, the Vice President of Marketing & Sales of Enjoy Travel Group, Luís Jiménez Ayala, announced that all the conditions are in place for the start of the Madrid-Havana flight, which will begin every Saturday from June 29 to 7 of September.
As a novelty, he reported that it will also reach eastern Cuba, connecting Madrid-Havana-Holguín, and Holguín-Havana-Madrid. He explained that the Spanish tourists interested in knowing the tourist benefits of eastern Cuba will be able to do so with Enjoy Travel Group thanks to this new connectivity.

This frequency will be carried out with A330-200 aircraft from the Plus Ultra airline, with 288 seats, of which 24 in Business class.
To guarantee the success of this flight, agreements were established with the main railway networks in Spain, such as Renfe and Iryo, to offer preferential rates in the flight packages to Havana, connecting Madrid with all the provinces of Spain.
For years, Enjoy Travel Group has maintained systematic work with the Mexican market, operating the Magnicharter flight with a daily frequency from Cancun to Havana and two weekly flights from Mérida to Havana.
He noted that they have already closed operations with tour operators to make it easier for clients residing in Mérida to travel to Spain and Havana.
