Lewis Hamilton visits Cuba as UN ambassadorHAVANA, August 21th The British Formula One world champion Lewis Hamilton announced today that he is in Cuba was falling in love with the island and to learn about the programs he develops  for the children.

United Nations Children’s Fund (Unicef), of which he has been ambassador since 2012.

“Falling in love with Cuba,” Hamilton wrote on the social network Instagram along with a video showing cars from the forties and fifties of the last century that circulate around Cuban streets and said they are still alive.

“In Cuba with Unicef to see the amazing work they are doing here with children and the first development programs,” the message says.

The 32-year-old Mercedes AMG Petronas Motorsport driver is second in the World Championship after finishing the Australian Grand Prix behind German Sebastian Vettel.
