Cuba A Top Travel Destination For Canadians

Cuba is a top destination for Canadian travellers. Resorts across the island have been welcoming Canadian tourists for decades, with Canadians accounting for 30% of all tourists who visit Cuba every year.

Popular resort destinations include Varadero, Cayo Coco and Holguin on the island’s east coast.

Trips to the historic and cultural capital city of Havana is also on travellers’ bucket lists. If you’re looking for a more unique getaway in Cuba, head two and a half hours west of Havana to Viñales, a UNESCO Heritage Site that’s one of the most scenic destinations in the country. (
