Spanish Ballet of Cuba will dance in the Avellaneda Hall
HAVANA, Aug 4. With the show Pasión Flamenca, the Spanish Ballet of Cuba will arrive at the Avellaneda hall of the National Theater, with performances tomorrow and Saturday at 7 pm, and Sunday at 5 pm. The company directed by maestro Eduardo Veitía , and which is celebrating the 36th anniversary of its creation by the exceptional Alicia Alonso, will offer some of the top works of its repertoire, with a wide dance spectrum.
In the show you can enjoy the theatrical language in dance that distinguishes the Spanish Ballet of Cuba, this time from the cultural complex of flamenco and other roots of our nationality, and in which the classical and the contemporary merge.
On Sunday, in the Avellaneda room itself, the closing function of the summer course and the End of the Teaching Course of the company will be offered at 10:30 in the morning.
