Ómnibus Nacionales is testing a new Ticket Platform

HAVANA, Dec 13. The online reservation Ticket platform included a new service for the Viajero Company waiting list, starting this Thursday.As reported by the platform on Facebook, it is currently in the pilot deployment phase at the Santa Clara National Bus Terminal, covering the Santa Clara-Sancti Spíritus and Santa Clara-Cienfuegos destinations.

The text stated that the destinations will increase to reach the different provincial capitals, to the extent that they show positive results.

Regarding operation, it was explained that once the session has started, the user must search for the service as: Santa Clara – destination city, and will be able to obtain a ticket for two destinations.

So far, the number of beneficiaries is not limited and the status of the waiting list can be monitored from the web portal https://ticket.xutil.net, the information added.

It was specified that Company clients who do not access the Ticket platform will be able to do so in person at the annotation service. In addition, specialists will be enabled at the terminals to offer advice and support with this new modality.

Developed by the Defense Information Technology Company (Xetid), Ticket aims to enable entities and companies in the state and private sector to provide their clients with the possibility of reserving appointments for their services.
