Major growth in 2024

As previously reported the American low-cost carrier looks to increase its operations from Florida next year. JetBlue will take off from Fort Lauderdale to Tallahassee in January, a route long desired by the airline.

This stems from its talks of the Spirit-JetBlue merger, aiming to reach 250 daily flights at Fort Lauderdale by 2027, should the deal proceed. With discussions of a new terminal dedicated to the carrier (Terminal 5) at FLL, the airline will firmly cement itself as a significant player in the sunshine state.
