THE NEW HOTEL PASEO DEL PRADO OPEN IN VIEW WEEKS

HAVANA, May 19th  At the entrance to Havana Bay, the Paseo del Prado is almost ready, a five-star plus hotel of 36 meters high that rises in the central intersection of Prado and Malecón and will be managed by the French chain Accor .

Built by Cuban personnel from the Almest real estate company, the hotel will have 250 rooms and its distinctive sign, the tower that resembles the prow of a ship, will favor privileged views of the boardwalk, the Castle of the Three Kings of the Morro, the fortress of San Salvador of the Punta and the Historical Center of the Cuban capital.

The hotel, whose entrance is on the corner of San Lazaro and Prado, has 10 levels staggered in 17, 24 and 36 meters, and facades with large windows of crystals. there will be a corridor with galleries, a cigar bar and a store.

The pool will be on the opposite side of the pier, and the semi-underground parking will have capacity for about 60 light vehicles and 10 motorcycles, secured by a hermetic gate that will prevent the entry of water in case of heavy rains or penetrations of the sea.

The property has been built with materials resistant to the salty medium and the force of the winds.
