The gallery’s communication group highlighted that the use of aerial perspective and loose brushstrokes give the artist’s works a different realism where his color palette can be distinguished from any latitude in the world.

“Paisajes sin Nombre” is made up of country settings, coasts, marine scenes, and city views that are differentiated by the use of light and color, with clear references to the Impressionist movement that began in Europe from the second half of the century. XIX.

The exhibition will remain open to the public until October, from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the Collage Habana gallery.

The artist from Matanzas, Enrique Casas Castellanos, is a trained sculptor, graduated from the Higher Secondary Level at the Provincial School of Plastic Arts of the Athens of Cuba and is heir to the pictorial tradition of his grandfather, Félix Casas Lima, renowned landscape artist and disciple of Leopoldo romanach.

With his personal project “Paisajes sin Nombre”, Casas is inserted for the first time in the circuit of commercial galleries of the Cuban Fund for Cultural Assets.
