Enjoy Travel Group officially launched in Havana booking platform

HAVANA, June 30  Enjoy Travel Group, a vertical and receptive wholesale operator, has started its weekly flights to Havana today, with departures from Barcelona. Thus, last night, T2 of the Josep Tarradellas Airport was the setting for the inauguration of this charter line, which every Thursday will connect the city of Barcelona with Havana, landing at the José Martí international airport in the Cuban capital.

This project, which is coming to fruition today, represents a further step in the Enjoy Travel Group’s strategy to increase air capacities from different parts of the world to the largest of the Antilles, a strategy in which Spain plays an important role.

It should be remembered that the planes used for this line are comfortable Airbus-340 aircraft from the Plus Ultra company, which have 30 business seats, 20 premium category seats and 225 economy category accommodations. The flight is operated in collaboration with Cubana de Aviación and Enjoy Travel Group offers the client advice and assistance at the destination 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

On board, this inaugural flight, among the professional passengers are members of different fam trips: accessible tourism, Italian agencies, Nego travel agency management group and Teamgroup travel agency management group. These are travel groups organized in collaboration with Melia Hotels, Iberostar Hotels&Resorts and Aston Hotel Group. Communicators like the travel blogger Isaac Martín, creator of “Chavetas”, also travel on this first flight, to recount his experiences and inform his thousands of followers.

Enjoy Travel Group has signed agreements with important companies such as Avoris, Club 5 Estrellas, Viajes el Corte Inglés and TUI among others, in order to increase the number of tourists to Cuba from Spain. In parallel, the company continues to carry out strong promotional actions in collaboration with hotel groups such as Meliá, Iberostar, Blue Diamond or Kempinsky, articulating promotions for this summer, such as the 7-day packages in Havana and all the receptive options it offers Cuba.

The company also promotes options for those who want multi-destination trips to Mexico, where Enjoy Travel Group operates 15 weekly frequencies to the island (9 from Cancun, 2 from Mérida, 2 from CDMX and 2 from Monterrey).
