CUBANA DE AVIACION REOPEN FLIGHTS BETWEEN MARTINIQUE AND CUBA

HAVANA, Jan. 16th Starting next Monday, January 21, Martinique and Guadeloupe will be linked again to Cuba. Indeed, the company Cubana de Aviacion has just announced the resumption of flights between the three islands.

The rotations will be once a week, every Monday with Boeing 737-300s with a capacity of 148 seats.

For Martinique, the departure is scheduled at 12:40 from Fort-de-France. The arrival in Havana is scheduled for 18 h 05. The flight back from Havana will leave at 8 am for an arrival at Fort-de-France at noon.

For Guadeloupe, the departure will be at 15:25 from Pointe-à-Pitre and arrival in Havana at 18:05. The return flight from Havana will take off at 8 am and will land at 2:25 pm in Guadeloupe.

The Cubana de Aviacion had stopped its flights in May 2018, because of a problem of availability of planes. Since the company has acquired two Boeing and can therefore return to the West Indies.

The basic ticket price is 495 euros from Fort-de-France in low season.
