Cuba presents the first ranking of private companies

HAVANA, Feb. 27th The Ranking of Notorious Brands of private companies was presented for the first time at the Hotel Royalton Habana Paseo del Prado, in the Cuban capital.During this first edition, the winners in the three categories included were the Clandestina brand, in Fashion; D’ Brujas, in Cosmetics; and El Biky, in gastronomic restoration.

As SMG Branding, a private company dedicated to strategic Branding on the island reported on its Facebook profile, the presentation space “contributed to the exchange between Cuban entrepreneurs, with a great desire to do and grow.”

They also added that “the program of the event was conceived not only to present the ranking but also allowed the PieDerecho team of researchers to show what was the methodology used to obtain these results, as well as some curious elements obtained during the investigation.Cuba presents the first ranking of private companies

Said Ranking was prepared following the criteria of the consumers of the Cuban capital, which determined the leading brands in each of the categories that were evaluated in this edition.

The PieDerecho research team carried out a study through surveys of a representative part of Havanans, where the opinion of 385 people was taken into account to later organize the results and awards based on the suggestions of the respondents.

For its part, the non-state portal OnCubaNews revealed that a ranking of ten brands by category was subsequently prepared, which was unveiled during the presentation of SMG Branding.

Also, they expand, the study served to obtain data on the knowledge and consumption of the different brands by Havanans, depending on their age groups and areas of residence.
