HAVANA, Oct 20 ( PL) Cuba reported that 99.4 percent of its population subject to vaccination has been vaccinated with at least a single dose while reaching 87% of the total population (just over 11,180,000).

At least 9,734,000 people received a first Covid-19 injection, according to information presented by the head of the National Institute of Epidemiology, Francisco Durán.

Of them, 8,554,728 (87.4% of those vaccinated and 76.5% of the inhabitants) have been administered a second dose, Durán during his daily press conference on TV.
