End October begins the 9th edition of the Cuba Golf Grand Tournament Varadero

HAVANA, Oct 20th (PL) The Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR) and the Extra-Hotel Company Palmares S.A. convened today to the celebration at the end of October the Cuba Golf Grand Tournament, Varadero, in its 9th edition.

The note adds that the event will take place from October 26 to 28 for professional players or amateurs over 18 years.

Those interested will need a handicap certificate equal to or less than 24 in the case of men, and equal to or less than 30 in relation to the ladies (www.varaderogolfclub.com). The organizers announced that they are preparing a practice round and two competition rounds for three category prizes.

Havanatur Tour and Travel will officially host the tournament with its department of events, incentives, and specialized tourism.

The venue will be the Varadero Golf Club which has a par 72 course located on the northern coast of the Hicacos peninsula (Matanzas, western Cuba) with challenging difficulties for any category of players.
